During Mr. Rizor's 30 years of experience in the profession he has been involved in the design and development of a wide variety of building types including municipal, religious, commercial and educational facilities. With a particular concentration in the area of educational facilities, he has been responsible for a number of projects ranging from the development and implementation of overall maintenance and energy conservation programs for existing facilities to planning and design for major new instructional and athletic facilities. He has provided continuing services to a number of public school districts including Battle Creek and Lakeview Schools.
