Description
New 4,553 square foot clubhouse with 806 square feet of basement
and 5,465 square feet of porch and overhang. Construction consisted
of slab-on-grade, concrete foundations, wood frame structure, monoplanar
& glu-lam timber trusses, telephone pole columns, aluminum clad
wood windows and doors, exterior cedar trim, simulated wood shake
wall panels, interior hardwood trim, casework, finishes, HVAC systems
and electrical power and lighting.
New
4,400 square foot pole barn for cart storage included slab-on-grade,
wood frame, metal siding, shingle roof, overhead and man doors,
louvers, shingle roof, concrete aprons and electrical power for
cart battery charging and lighting.
Project
also included approximately 1/4 mile long, two lane entry drive
with landscape and lighted entry boulevard, approximately 210 auto
parking lot, two lane service drive to clubhouse, two lane circle
drive at bag drop and single drive connecting ends of cart barn
to clubhouse cart staging pad for approximately 76 carts.
Single
person management, visual control of site and views of tees were
critical design elements. A signature building design with a club
character was desired by the owner.
