Description
8,000 square foot garage facility for 12 ambulances and 5,500 square foot of office facility with connecting support areas. Scope of the project included programming, design, documentation, bid review and construction observation. Features of the building include carbon monoxide detection devices, exhaust air systems, separation of office and garage with air lock vestibule, 24 hour dispatch terminal and emergency standby generator.

Project was achieved in collaboration with a construction manager. Pre-engineered building systems were utilized in a creative design, and building costs were kept under the $50 per square foot budget limitation.
