Description
Three phase addition and renovation program. Phase I consisted of a pre-engineered steel frame, slab-on-grade multipurpose, music, classroom and lobby addition to the existing church. New truss pitched roofs were placed over existing flat roof areas. Work included interior refinishing and alterations, rooftop HVAC, new electric service and related mechanical/electrical work. The parking lot was expanded and connections made to municipal water and sewer services.

A classroom wing was shelled in for build-out in the future as funds become available. This potion of the building was a two-story walkout basement, pre-engineered steel frame, and concrete floor plank construction.
