Description
Work included a unique glued-laminated truss and purlin roof structure, with laminated wood deck, insulated and shingled with synthetic slate. Steel column support structure with spray insulated metal stud infill walls, sheathed in plywood and gypsum board. Cast tumbled stone wainscot with brick veneer exterior.

The slab-on-grade carpeted floor has a partial concrete basement with complete plank floor above with metal pan stair and fire emergency hatch. HVAC systems included exterior condenser, boiler, exposed spiral duct, plumbing and fire protection system. Electrical work included transformer, site lighting, and fluorescent and low voltage lighting with fire alarm system.
